Chai Wu

Chai Wu offers a luxurious twist on pan-Asian cuisine with a menu rich in flavours, textures, and colours. Guests will be invited to feast on exquisite dim sum in one of the Chai Wu private dining spaces. The relaxed, low-lit private dining room seats up to twenty guests, ideal for larger groups, while the semi-private dining room, separated by elegant wooden panelling, seats up to eight guests, perfect for corporate dinners or celebratory gatherings. Inspired by the five elements of Chinese philosophy—wood, metal, water, earth, and fire—the restaurant offers a warm fine-dining experience, while the open kitchen provides guests with a glimpse into the intricacies of pan-Asian cooking.
